APPTITUDINAL carries out diverse data processing operations through its web page, with specific purposes in each case.
PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
APPTITUDINAL requests a series of data and personal information for the following uses:
-To respond to your request for demonstration, contact or additional information as a customer, supplier or end user.
-To select candidates for our internal selection processes.
LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
Data processing is carried out on the legal basis of consent of the interested party.
In the case of processing contact data collected through commercial contacts, the legal basis of the treatment is the legitimate interest of the Data Processor.
DATA MAINTENANCE PERIODS
Data provided shall be maintained as long as the interested party does not request its deletion, and in any case for the statutory limitation periods.
DATA COMMUNICATION
Our service platform is based on Caspio Inc. technology. Caspio certifies that its services and the services supported by our clients are located in EU territory, and that it possesses adequate contractual clauses as data processor for compliance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Our email service provider is Arsys.
We use third-party services and technology such as Zoom, which can host data on their services, in order to carry out certain services such as Webinars. Zoom applies specific security measures for users located in EU territory, in compliance with the GDPR.
In some cases APPTITUDINAL may contract third parties for the provision of services, provided that they are required as a necessary part of the execution of the contracted services; in all cases APPITUDINAL assumes the obligations of data controller for the data processing, regulated by means of the corresponding contract between both parties.
The client is informed that APPTITUDINAL may, within legally qualified provisions, communicate their data to administrative and/or judicial bodies, as well as to other third parties, provided that said communications are legally necessary for the provision of the contracted services.
SOCIAL NETWORKS
APPTITUDINAL has a profile on the principle social networks on the Internet (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare, You Tube and Google+), it being recognized in all cases that it is responsible for processing data on its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators and other user profiles (hereinafter, followers). The processing that APPTITUDINAL will undertake on said data shall be, at most, that which is permitted by social networks for corporate profiles. APPTITUDINAL may therefor inform its followers, by any means that the social network permits, of its services and offers, as well as providing personalized training services and/or customer service. In no case will APPTITUDINAL extract data from social networks, unless the user’s consent is specifically and expressly obtained to do so. When the effective exercise of the rights of the follower is subject to modification of their personal profile due to the very nature of social networks, APPTITUDINAL will assist and advise on this to the extent of its possibilities.
NEWSLETTER OR RSS BY E-MAIL
The automatic update service and subscription via Website feed is managed by FeedBurner provided by Google, Inc., and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. The transmittal of website content updates via email is daily, automatic and free for the user who must give their prior and express authorization via identity verification systems in order to subscribe.
OBLIGATION OF PROFESSIONAL SECRECY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND DOCUMENTARY DESTRUCTION
The personnel connected to APPTITUDINAL who have some form of intervention in the services provided to the client are committed not to disclose or make use of the information they have access to, having assumed and executed a commitment to comply with the APPTITUDINAL code of good professional practices. In all cases information provided by the client shall be considered confidential, and shall not be used for purposes other than those related to the services contracted with APPTITUDINAL. APPTITUDINAL undertakes not to disclose or reveal information about the client’s planning, the reasons for the requested service, or the duration of its relationship with the client.
EXERCISE OF DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
The owner of the data has the right to:
- Access their data
- Rectify their data
- Delete their data
On occasions and in accordance with the provisions in particular, you may also:
- Port their data to another data controller
- Oppose all or part of the processing
- Limit the use of their personal data
The affected party may at any time withdraw the consent given voluntarily for any data processing.
